Great value. Great location.
Fabulous location right by Livingston North station making quick and easy access to Edinburgh Waverley . Comfortable accommodation for 6 (although we only had 3 people stay on our visit) with single beds and 2.5 bathrooms.
Nothing really. Very plainly decorated which could have been improved in a couple of places but nothing major and was as expected for the money. Slight niggle was landing light on top floor not working .

Location good but that’s it
Great location , clean inside
The couch is that damaged you can hardly sit on it , coffee table is dangerous , back door broken , front door look not good , water constantly runs in the toilet , back garden is a mess , cutlery & towels are the cheapest you could buy and for £700 for 5 days not worth it , wouldn’t recommend it & wouldn’t stay again
