This property was the perfect setting for our reunion of 4 friends from all over the world! Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus an additional toilet gave each of us privacy and access whenever needed. A table for 5 in both the kitchen and living room allowwd us to spend time having breakfast and dinners together. The proximity to the train into Edinburgh couldn't have been better, and access to Morrison's made grocery shopping a breeze. Thanks again for hosting us!

A very nice house in a great location.Train station at Livingston north is very close.Travel by rail to Edinburgh 20 Mins Glasgow in 50 Mins.Are very quiet.There is a Morrisons supermarket close to the property as well as a pub (Saltire) serving good food.

Two toilets not working...both on 3rd floor;
Outside bins over spilling, rubbish all over garden inc ‘sanitary towels etc’
Promise of plumber but didn’t arrive.
Generally ok for a sleeping base, handy for train to Edinburgh.
