Kelpies Serviced Apartments- Campbell

It was a little further if of town then I thought but still closer enough.

On presentation the apartment looks clean. I drop my ear bud and it rolled under the bed. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaner under there in years. 3 coffee cups and 4 people was not ideal.

Groot en netjes appartement. Niet super lux maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Had een vraag bij aankomst. Gebruikte zelf de verkeerde pincode. Mensen waren goed telefonisch te bereiken. Ik bleek het fout te doen en per direct duidelijkheid. Prettige locatie. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vond het zelf erg prettig dat er een treinstation op loopafstand is. Kun je ook je auto goed kwijt mocht je niet willen lopen.

The accommodation was spacious and clean, large bathroom and kitchen and confortable rooms. Good communication with the owners. There are nearby convenience stores.

No major concerns.

Size of the apartment, close to Edinburgh, no problem with finding the parking spot.

Apartment is located on a very frequent main road in Livingston, also very close to the Edinburgh Airport, where you can clearly hear all the noise (cars, planes) during the day or even night. Also communication with the landlord was not very straightforward. When it was about to pay the deposit, messaged through whatsapp immediatelly. After that, only through booking.com. When I messaged through whatsapp after we left, no response. Had to message on booking.com. And mostly, have to say, we paid our depopsit swiftly, otherwise they would not gave us the check in instructions, and now is 15 days after we left, and our deposit is still not returned to us. There is no problem with the apartment, we returned it in good state, even they agreed, but the deposit is still not back, which is not acceptable. They did not forget to message us promptly, urging us to leave the apartment clean, recycle the waste, otherwise we would be fined from deposit, but when it comes to them to return our deposit, no respond whatsoever. This is unacceptable at all, and therefore I cannot give the better feedback.
