Pentre Country Studio

Everything was good . Studio was near and tidy and we had a very good time there.

From the first interaction the host was welcoming, and provided us with all the information we needed. He was amazing with our 2 children. Very clean, had everything we needed, hot tub was a lovely touch and lovely outdoor space. Always on hand when we had questions. Highly recommend for a lovely family stay away!

Lovely peaceful little village, property was like a home from home with lots of extras included, hosts gave us full use of games room and garden, hot tub was amazing, we found the property to be very good value for money, the electric car charger was very usefull and a very reasonable price, we took our grandson and he loved his time at the property with lots of things he enjoyed not once did he say he was bored, we will deffinately reccomend to family and friends we will also be going back

Not really a negative comment but i found the shower room didnt have anywhere to put towels or clean clothes without them getting wet a couple of coat hangers or small plastic hooks on the back of the sliding door would have been very usefull, even though this would not stop us returning we feel it would be a usefull improvement

Studio was clean, liked the hot tub, host tried hard to add extras like sanitary products, labels, games. I thought bed was comfy but my daughter didn’t. Beautiful location and views

So it’s not an exclusive place: pics are very misleading. You’re in the hosts garden in an annexe on her house. On a residential street. Whole place lacks privacy. My 16 year old was meant to come and there’d have been nowhere for him to sleep except the curved sofa as it’s not a 1 bed apartment as stated. Not sure but think the hot tub was set to eco mode at 2130 to go off, if you hire the games room it closes at 2230 because of proximity of neighbours. No idea how the reviews are so high and feel I’ll be slated like a previous guest for leaving a fair review. I think around £250 for 2 nights including hot tub is a lot for this. Hot tub had bits floating in it. It is far away from your room, even she said, “it’s all the way over here”. No sink in kitchen. Difficult cooking facilities. Shower in the lounge/ sleeping area. Mostly acceptable with transparency. We made the best of it. It just wasn’t what we were expecting. Also pretty difficult to find: about 20 houses with the same postcode, all named, host didn’t answer the call but then sent directions through the app.
