Description of beds in property was incorrect. Description was in the tree bedroom large double, twin, two double and I booked on that basis. Bedroom three did not have two doubles it had bunk beds. This was not apparent on the pictures of property either. As the three of us all in our 60s and 70s bunk was not suitable. However we did use it and when my friend got into the bottom bunk on first night the underside of bunk all collapsed. She is not a heavy person but slats not secured correctly so ended up sleeping in mattress on floor. Our friend was upset and decided to return home the following day which did spoil our holiday somewhat. The electric fire in the living room did not work as the knob had previously been broken and left on top of fire. Had one cooler night where fire would have been a better option than trying to get the heating on. The kitchen blind came off when tried to just gently open the slats. Managed to put it back but didn’t dare try again or on any of other blinds. No bin bag in kitchen bin whilst facilities of cottage said there would be. No hand towels or bath mat for upstairs shower so made tiles slippy when getting out. Broken chair at dining room table so good job there hadn’t been 6 of us, but why leave an obviously dangerously broken chair in the cottage?

We loved how close this property was to the river and the centre. There's an aldi right over the road and a park which both came in very handy. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and hangers in the wardrobes.

Although we knew the property was on a main road, we didn't like that the front door didn't have a chain or extra bit of safety for kids, my toddle could easily reach the handle which put us on edge. There were no bin bags for rubbish and not much toilet roll either. The house was generally clean and tidy but it could do with a deep clean as there was dust on the blinds and windows and lots of spiders and cobwebs throughout. The walls could do with a lick of paint, there were drink stains on the wall by the bunk beds and the bottom bunk bed wasn't very stable. Also one of the towels had a stain on. The kitchen blind didn't work so not much light came in.

Cooker dirty, couldn't use. Outside back door messy needs a clean up. Road very busy.

Location to things were were doing., Adjacent parking. Good hot water. Good strong WIFI.

Some of the decor needs some repairs - some trim in living room and a dining chair was broken (we labelled it so no-one else would sit on it). Traffic noise - but what could we expect as it was right by the A5.

The proximity to the town and services , shops, bars and restaurants is perfect. Nice views from the cottage over the park to the river. The cottage has all the equipment required to make this a real home from home.

The property is well equiped, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent with just a 5 minute walk by the river to the town centre and a couple of minutes to Aldi supermarket in the other direction. There are 2 parking spaces next to the property and a very handy rear access door which means you do not need to use the front door that leads directly on to the main road.

The property sits directly on the main A5 road with the front door opening on to the road, however there is a rear door which leads directly to the parking area.

What breakfast??? We arrived late when it was dark and had no idea that the key was in a lockbox. This should have been communicated with us befor our arrival. We had to knock on a neighbor's door, who told us how to get into our place.

Loved the location was opposite a park for kids and families. Aldi and home bargains was also across the road.Home was cleaned immaculately.Loved the fact there was off road parking for 2 cars!The host was responsive and approachable and ready to answer any queries which I think should be printed out in a booklet like in many other self catering accommodations to save the owners time.I would recommend this accomodation for families as there are 2 big bathrooms and an en suite and it is bigger than your average size cottage and the deco is update and modern.

There were not bins in all the bathrooms.there was no welcome hamper.Also hoover didn't work was no suction and kept turning off.there was no tea or coffee at the cottage also no salt or pepper.washing machine also faulty and didn't work.These things should be regularly tested.also another setback was that the electric hob takes forever to cook something so I wouldn't advise using it to make a main meal which is disappointing as we decided to fry some chips and it took 1hr and 15 mins to cook them and we had to throw them away in the end.I would recommend the owner to change it to a gas hob as this would be more beneficial and practical for families.

A few niggles ... overall very nice but could do with a lick of paint and cracks filling in, especially in hall and stairs area.. Shower heat control faulty in main bathroom.

Arrived very late at night, so having the key safe available was great. Auto lighting in the hallway and the kitchen made things real easy getting in too. (didn't get to meet the hosts) Well equipped kitchen with everything you need including Fridge, freezer, cooker, hob, microwave as well as a washing machine too Good sized accommodation for 6, but there were only 4 of us so meant we had lots of space. Bedrooms had plenty of room too. Upstairs shower room and additional downstairs bathroom were ideal. Off road parking with two spaces. Well placed for the Town, Close to supermarket literally across the road as well as a park.

No slight on the accommodation, but you do get some road noise (to be expected)

Die zentrale Lage, ca. 4 min. Fußweg zum Zentrum Llangollen. Ein Aldi ca. 200m gegenüber. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist wie folgt: unten ist die Küche, Eßzimmer, Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Badewanne/Dusche. Es geht eine Treppe hoch, ein Zimmer mit Etagenbetten und einer Toilette. Ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Zimmer mit einem Queenbett. Auf der oberen Etage befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Fenster lassen sich in allen Zimmern öffnen. Für jeden war ein Duschhandtuch vorhanden. Ein Fön lag in einer Schublade im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett. Die Betten waren fertig bezogen. Wir haben das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett und das Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten benutzt. Für uns waren die Betten bequem. In der Küche waren Pfeffer, Salz und etwas Öl vorhanden. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Eine French Press diente als Kaffeemaschine. Wir waren zu zweit und haben die Wasch- und Spülmaschine nicht benutzt und nicht gekocht, nur Rührei und Omelette. Der Schlüssel war in einem Schließfach, den Code haben wir vorher per Email erhalten. Das Wlan ist sehr gut. Direkt neben dem Haus befinden sich für das Haus Minafon 2 Stellplätze.

Für Familen mit Kindern nicht geeignet. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Das Haus ist schön in der Aufteilung. Allerdings sind die von anderen Reisenden erwähnten Mängel nach wie vor vorhanden. Im Eßzimmer sollte man aufpassen, auf welchen Stuhl man sich setzt. Der Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer ist auch defekt. Die Pfannen waren auch nicht sehr sauber. Ich hoffe, dass vor unserer Ankunft geputzt wurde, es gab sehr viel Spinnweben und Staub. Alles hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Was auch nicht so schön ist, die späte Ankunft um 16.00Uhr und frühe Abreise 10.00 Uhr. Trotz allem würden wir diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen.
