Everything excellent in location for what was needed
Only thing I could comment on (although it didn't affect me) was location in relation to safety for children as door opened out directly on to a very busy road

Could walk to Llangollen in 2 mins along river. Car parking space. Over looking river. Bus stop outside.
Aldi 4 mins walk away.
Front door opened onto busy road-A5.
Very noisy 24 hours a day.
Under counter Fridge would not be big enough for 6 people.

Location was excellent, kitchen very well equipped
The bunk beds were very uncomfortable and not suitable for adults as advertised, the bottom bunk collapsed on our daughter twice in the night. The double bed mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The shower upstairs was scolding hot and couldn't be adjusted, the control was broken.
