Was close to town centre and Aldi

On entering the property straight away there was a strong smell of damp. Walls were dirty and marked. Shower head kept falling down . Towels that were left had stains on and felt damp. Kitchen had no door so everytime we cooked the smoke alarm went off. Skirting boards dirty and chewed. The metal strip ontop of the step going into kitchen was loose and raised causing a few of our group to trip a few times . No Bin bags , no cleaning equipment I.e hoover or dustpan. Paintwork peeling throughout the property. Small fridge instead of tall fridge freezer as shown in pictures . Outside the building was very tired and again paint peeling and when stepping out of front door you are straight onto a main busy road which is not ideal when you have dogs/children. Grill and pan left dirty with what looked like months worth of burnt on grease. Overall not impressed with the property and not happy that we paid over £400 for somewhere that looked like and smelt like student digs

The hall carpet was soaking wet. No explanation was left as to why this was. It was dangerous because it made you're shoes wet and you were then liable to slip on the kitchen floor. The shower head was not properly anchored so you had to hold it to have a shower. There were no grab rails in the shower/bath. There were no instructions on how to connect to the wifi. We tried to get them via the website chat but got no reply. We had to phone the host twice before we managed tog et the connection parameters.

Had an issue with a broken fridge but the owner rectified as soon as possible. Could have had more towels and toilet rolls available for a four night stay.

Fridge stopped working, bedroom light bulb didn't work, no bin bags or loo roll.

Although the property is in a great location, handy for the town, river dee, etc , the interior is in need of a major refurbishment. Straight away, we had trouble with the shower and bath. The shower head slipped down during use, and the bath plug didn't fit properly, causing the water to drain away. The bathroom is in need of a coat of paint at least, and the woodwork looked to have water stains on it. There were black marks down the front door that looked like mould. Even the outside of the property it looking 'tired'. Upon our arrival theres peeling paint every where, and cigarette butts all over the place. As previously stated by another visitor there's a few steps up and down in the property these should be pointed out better, maybe put hazard tape across them. I happened to drip my coffee on the table, so I dropped the table leaf so I could wipe it . It was thick with dust, so I have no idea when that was last cleaned properly. I had trouble lighting the cooker, as I use an air fryer etc, I wasn't sure how to turn the oven on. I text the owner and I'm still waiting for a reply nearly a week later. I wanted to sweep through as I try to leave places as I find them, all that was available was a broom! Not even a dustpan to pick the dirt up. And certainly not a hoover. I ended up having to leave little piles of dirt in the kitchen and front room. In the passage to the bedroom there's a small step down and a big step down, there's no hazard tape to warn you or even a light, I ended up leaving the front room light on at night. As you go into the bathroom, there's some skirting that looks as though it's starting to rot, it's splitting and could cause a nasty accident if someone caught their foot on it. Not happy with all this, any decent owner would offer a partial refund. I paid over £400 for THIS

Excellent location. Very comfortable property

Couldn't connect android phone to Internet which was a little inconvenient.
