スタッフの対応が丁寧。 施設は古いけどきちんと掃除されている。 暖房もきちんと効くので寒さの問題はなかった。 山荘周りにはロッジなどもなく、音もきにならず ゆったり過ごせた。
車は山荘横に停めれないため(2.3分歩く)荷物の移動が大変だった。 サウナあり、となっていたがまだ完備されてなかった。

スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。山荘の設備も不自由なく満足でした。子供達も大変喜んでおり利用して良かったと思います。
気になる人はそれぞれですが、女性からの意見等して部屋の中に虫の死骸等があり気になりました。とのことです。ただ私はそれもしょうがないかな？という感じです。
