The place is super clean ,bright lights and homely. I love the flowery tiles on the shower wall. The bed is comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room is quite wide ! Good for someone of my height, i slept comfortably. We took the advise of places to visit and went to lake como, did ferry ride.etc. Thank you.

I struggled with the television, because of language issue. The AC in the living room seem programmed to 28degrees! Each time I adjust it lower with the remote control ,it goes back to 28degrees after few minutes. Guess it's the setting or something I couldn't Navigate. I am not feeling entitled, but I feel a courtesy 3 bottles of water for 3 guests for would have been heart warming,we got small 2 bottles- If I were the owner of the apartment I would add a ''complimentary'' soft drinks/biscuits with the water, even if it means charging extra €5.This is one of the customer retention tricks in marketing.Though I saw coffee in one corner but tell me, who comes from a 8hrs Journey and goes for coffee in the room on a sunny afternoon? I am used to finding white towels in all hotels/apartments we have stayed in globally, so seeing dark Grey towels in the apartment seem a bit off/strange. The walking distance to/from apartment/Milano Centrale quoted on booking.com is misleading. The check- in time of 3pm is not convenient. Our phone charger plugs are not compatible with the sockets in the room and the charging ports on the.extention box is USB compatible only, a type C port would have made a lot of difference.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant 15 minutes walk from Milan central station and right in front of the building there was a supermarket.

The check -in was a bit complicated. Initially we received a link with the check-in instructions but when we tried to open it for the second time it wasn't working anymore. It took around 1.5 h until we managed to contact the company who is dealing with the property. But after that everything was good and they helped us.

Lovely house in a fantastic location. The instructions were clear, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. We had a great stay!
