There is nothing to not like

I stay in a lot of apartments here in Italy, as I prefer them to hotel rooms, they are nearly always pretty high quality, but every now & then I find one that is truly exceptional in every way: Music House - Carozzi Apartments is one of them. It's very well located in a dynamic neighborhood, just a few steps from subway access to all point in the city. It is perfectly sized for a single traveler, immaculately clean, well-appointed with modern bath, kitchen and appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic supplies one needs to prepare meals without the extra costs of salt, oil, sugar, coffee, and so one. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is incredibly efficient (the city reached 38 C / 100 F several times during my stay) There were plenty of toiletries, a washing machine, iron and board, plush towels -- I could go on, but there really was nothing I needed that was not there. But the thing that makes the experience truly exception is the obvious care with which the apartment is managed by Guido, with obvious care given to every detail. Communication was always quick and easy, entering the apartment was simple thanks to precise and detailed instructions which were transmitted well ahead of time. On arrival I found a binder on the dining room table detailing everything, such as the rules of the apartment, where appliances are located and how they work, WiFi codes, suggestions for travel, sites, emergency numbers, grocery stores -- well, anything a guest might need whether a "newbie" to the city or someone like me who was already familiar with the neighborhood. Beyond that, such attentiveness assures a guest that if anything unexpected comes up, a resolution can be quickly and easily reached. All this together makes for a 10 rating in every category!

I would have to become ridiculously petty to even think of something to complain about! NO COMPLAINTS!!

The host is very helpful, great location , one of the best COFFE’s in Milan exactly in front of the place , super market 1 minute, metro station 1 min , 5 mins to the Dumo , 3 mins to the central station ,it’s the second time for me to book

The bed was bad and uncomfortable. Also the towels are not clean unfortunately. Also it is too much noise because of street
