The location was perfect

No proper cleanliness . Bathroom in desperate need of renovation/repairs. Shower gel smelled rotten . Bed linens were torn and stained . No proper lights in bedroom . We stayed for 7 nights 2 adults 2 kids but were given only 3 toilet rolls and not one time change of towels or housekeeping . We have travelled over 35 countries in Europe and every apartment we stayed in had atleast one towel change and one time cleaning if stay is more than 3 days . We booked this apartment in November 2025 with a confirmed price and taxes but had to pay extra because tax increased after 1st Jan. When a customer pre books at a given price it’s very illogical to pay any price increase Cauz that’s not our fault right ! Overall other than the location nothing else is 4 start about it . We have stayed in much better 3 stars with better customer service . Being a booking.com members for the past 5 yrs this is my first negative review! This apartment is far from 4 stars sadly .
