MO37 -Duomo-Loreto - Chic - Central

I am writing this review mainly for travelers who have realistic expectations and like to know what to expect in advance. We were prepared based on previous reviews, had a pleasant stay, and therefore gave a high rating. We stayed for 4 days (3 nights). - The location is excellent: right on a main boulevard, next to a large supermarket and a metro station with quick and direct access to the city center. - The apartment is clearly not new and shows signs of wear, with older furniture that is scratched, worn, and sometimes unstable, but everything was functional. The cleanliness could be improved in some areas, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. No housekeeping or cleaning service was provided during our 4-day stay. - The kitchenette was fully equipped for basic cooking. We noticed that the oven could not be used because there was no oven rack, and there were only two coffee capsules provided for our entire stay. There was also no hand towel in the kitchen. However, we were able to cook meals on the stovetop without any problems. Finding complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator was a very pleasant surprise, especially during the hot weather. - The neighborhood is very quiet, the blackout blinds work well, and we slept very comfortably. The apartment also included a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and a very large wardrobe. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was important during our stay. - The bathroom had good water pressure, reliable hot water, and a bidet, which was a nice bonus. Considering the price, we found the accommodation to offer good value for money. The most important things for us were having a comfortable sleep and a hot shower every day, and both expectations were met.

- The bathroom sink was partially clogged and drained very slowly, which made it impossible to keep clean. - There are no mosquito screens on the windows, and there were mosquitoes in the area, which was inconvenient. - A bath mat in the bathroom and a hand towel in the kitchen would have been appreciated. - The shower enclosure was missing one of its doors, causing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. - The bathroom could also benefit from a more thorough cleaning and maintenance.
