Чудове розташування. Поруч метро, багато продуктових магазинів, бар, близько до центру. Квартира простора і світла. Чисто і акуратно. Посудомийна і пральна машини, кавомашина, місце де посушити одяг і телевізор. Ми не користувались, але були два балкони. Персонал привітний, легкий в комунікації.

Замок на електронний, був момент що за глючив і думали, що вже не попадемо😅 Відсутність праски. Ввечері якщо в барі навпроти збираються люди, дуже шумно. Допомагають зовнішні жалюзі, але в спальні на одному вікні не працювали. У душовій біля склоблоків камʼяні нальоти, виглядає не дуже.

The apartment was spacious, renovated, and located in a very cool neighborhood. Honestly the neighborhood is what made the difference and brought up the score for us. Plenty of cool/alternative bars and food places around, very multi-cultural. Host was accommodating and responsive.

The place is renovated, however - the window blind in the bedroom is broken, so there is sun coming into the apartment in the morning. The check-in process is quite complex, you have to send photos of your documents to a third party (including selfies holding the documents), and make a payment to a link they sent you for city tax (is this allowed under Booking?). We also saw some footsteps on the floor halfway through our stay, from a shoe that didn't match ours. I don't know if someone came in the apartment, or it was not cleaned properly when we entered. There were small mishaps in the apartment, eg. there was no soap in the dispenser, and there was no sponge to wash dishes. Finally, as others have mentioned, there's noise from the bar right across the street, but we were aware of it and didn't mind with some ear plugs.
