Great location. Very comfortable; would recommend staying there for a city experience.

Probably the access we had large suitcases, which we had to carry up a flight of stairs to the apartment.

Everything about the place was perfect. The host was very quick to respond to queries.

The flat was close to the NIA, and approx 10 min walk from the jewellery quarter. Easy instructions to get in and a very industrial modern chic, clean when we arrived.

The property details stated there was a fan, but we were unable to locate it. We messaged the host asking if there was one but received no reply. When we had returned from our night out, we noticed that one of the bedroom doors was shut; when we went in, there was a fan inside that hadn’t been there before we went out in the evening. We ultimately felt that the host entering the flat while we were out without prior warning (no message received on Booking.com) to say they were bringing the fan over and placing it in a bedroom and shutting the door to the room, (when it could have just been left in the main living area), was strange and made us very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the bed linens had some questionable stains, that made us feel like the beds weren’t clean.
