Shameful Management

Where do I start. Charged a damage fee, only wanted bank transfer even though they say they offer secure link. Damage in the property which I recorded and took photos. They tried to deny any knowledge until they realised I dated and timed everything. To top it all off they tried to tell Booking.Com that I never arrived for check In so that I couldn’t leave a review, then when they were rumbled they said it was a system error.. For such a nice property the management are shameful.

Alojamiento sucio y gestión vergonzosa

La experiencia fue muy negativa. El alojamiento estaba sucio, con cucarachas en el baño (adjunto foto) y la cocina llena de hormigas. El servicio de atención al cliente fue pésimo y, para colmo, cuando presentamos una queja, el alojamiento intentó negar que nos habíamos hospedado allí para impedir que dejáramos una reseña. Un mes después de nuestra estancia, intentaron además cobrarnos 70 € en cargos falsos. Tuve que gestionarlo con Booking para la cancelación de los 70€ adicionales y poder poner la reseña, y tras revisar las pruebas confirmaron que efectivamente sí nos habíamos alojado allí. Muy decepcionante y nada recomendable.

Lo amplio que era nada más. Falta de menaje, no había almohadas en las camas, las toallas súper viejas para poder secarte.

Apartamento adecuado pero con una relación calidad-precio mejorable

- Los electrodomésticos estaban bien cuidados y funcionaban perfectamente. - La devolución de la fianza fue rápida: solo tardaron dos días tras la revisión del apartamento por parte de la empresa.

- Todo el personal atendía exclusivamente por teléfono, lo cual hace difícil justificar que se impongan horarios estrictos de check-in y check-out con sobrecoste excesivo si lo superas. Al no existir entrega física de llaves —solo se proporciona un código para el cerrojo electrónico— no tiene sentido que, si llegas o sales fuera del horario establecido, se te cobre un extra, cuando no hay personal presente que deba ajustarse a esos horarios. - El trato inicial a través de mensajes en Booking fue irregular: a veces aséptico, otras veces sorprendentemente agresivo. Reservamos en agosto y empezamos a hacer consultas tras confirmar la reserva. Muchas respuestas parecían automatizadas, pero otras nos culpaban directamente por no haber leído bien la información proporcionada. Aunque casi siempre estaba disponible, en ocasiones era poco clara o difícil de localizar (a veces en el cuarto o quinto apartado de los detalles del alojamiento). - Al llegar, encontramos diversos desperfectos repartidos por toda la casa. Por tranquilidad, los documentamos con fotos y vídeos antes del check-in, y también al hacer el check-out, para asegurar la devolución de la fianza. - El parking del edificio era muy estrecho, tanto en el acceso por el ascensor como en las maniobras para entrar en la plaza. Deberían advertir sobre las dimensiones máximas de los vehículos. Por suerte, nuestro coche era un SEAT Arona; con uno más grande habría sido muy complicado. - La cama del sofá cama era extremadamente incómoda. Ni un niño pequeño podría dormir con comodidad. El colchón era de muelles muy finos y carecía de soporte: al sentarte, te hundías y notabas los herrajes del sofá. - La bañera de la habitación principal no era segura. Como ocurre con muchas bañeras, era resbaladiza, pero habría sido esperable que incluyeran una alfombrilla antideslizante o similar para evitar accidentes. - Las imágenes del alojamiento en Booking pueden inducir a error. Las estancias no son tan grandes.
