Nice apartment in a lovely area but the rental company was incredibly chaotic

Big apartment ( there were 4 of us and it felt like plenty space) great location near transport and bars/ restaurants, felt very safe and secure, in a good apartment complex that was quiet. It had a Smart tv and good wifi and aircon. For what we paid I would say it was good value

There are 2 main let downs. The first is that we waited weeks to get our deposit back and had to chase the company again and again despite the fact that they make you sign a contract saying you will keep the place spotless, undamaged and tidy it yourself at the end, they won’t hold up their end of the contract and return your deposit within 7 days. The second is that the apartment is very poorly furnished/ equipped. Beds and sheets were of low quality and there were no additional blankets if you felt cold at night. The kitchen has limited crockery ( a lot of which wasn’t clean), only one pot, no oven gloves or towels. Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper too and kitchen roll if you want it. There was only one set of working keys, the second set didn’t work for the front gate so if you took those you couldn’t get back in. The other issue was that there was a pretty big communication barrier so no one showed us how to get into the apartment ( it required a specific trick of pulling and then pushing the door while turning the key). We ended up locked out and someone said they were coming in 20mins and then didn’t show for over an hour. The company that own the apartment just felt very chaotic . We were given two different numbers to communicate with them. They wanted a security deposit but didn’t provide a secure way to give this to them, asking instead for a bank transfer or photo of a credit card which seemed dodgy. Overall I think if you’re aware of all of this before going and you speak Spanish you’d likely be fine.

Zu wenig Besteck, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Küche und Fußböden waren schmutzig. Schwierige Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Fernbedienung für Garagenstellplatz war funktionsunfähig und uns wurde keine funktionstüchtige zur Verfügung gestellt.

Carísimo para lo que se te ofrece.

La cercanía al sitio donde tenía que acudir y que es una urbanización bastante nueva, si te da tiempo a disfrutar de la piscina pues eso que te llevas. El personal que te atiende en la reserva y las limpiadoras amable.

Para el precio que tiene (200€ noche nos salió) los colchones malísimos, los somieres se balanceaban constantemente dándote la sensación de que en cualquier momento te ibas a caer de la cama. Sólo una colcha para 3 habitaciones la cual olía a todos los huéspedes que han pasado por ahí, un par de toallas por persona, no una extra por si acaso (recuerdo que son 200€ por noche, no 50€), en el baño en suite una bañera atorada que terminabas con los pies en remojo todo el rato, además con una cortina rota y sucia que daba asco que te tocase, el papel higiénico el más barato y malo que se puede comprar? Pues ese es el que tienen. Te dicen que tiene wifi y no hay ni router puesto. Ni una pinza para poder tender ni que sea el bañador y que no se te vuele. En fin… el personal muy majo pero al apartamento no volvería jamás, una gran decepción para el precio que era, vuelvo a repetir. Carísimo para ser un sitio residencial sin nada más que ofrecer y con esas pésimas calidades.

Het viel tegen ondanks het uitstekende weer, het zwembad nog niet geopend was, Dat bleek alleen in het badseizoen van 1 juni tot midden september geopend te zijn.

De ligging is goed, dichtbij de metro en de universiteit.

Het water van de douche was moeilijk af te stellen. We hadden dit appartement gekozen voor het zwembad, deze was jammer genoeg nog niet open. Dit was niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd.

Ubicación del apartamento, amplitud, terraza y vistas. Cocina amplia y bien equipada. Plaza de garaje muy accesible desde el apartamento. Buena climatización

El sistema de mandos de la ducha y baño era bastante complicado para regular el agua caliente y la potencia El colgador de ropa estaba en un estado bastante lamentable. Las almohadas eran bastante bajas y poco duras, para mi gusto algo incomodas

El piso está muy bien y la ubicación es muy buena

A la llegada, nos dieron un nro de teléfono con el que debíamos contactar 15 minutos antes de llegar al piso. Nos hicieron esperar 30 minutos y la persona que nos entregó la llave (que no era con la que habíamos contactado) no sabía a qué piso correspondía. Ninguno de los números que teníamos de contacto respondían. Una decía que contactáramos con otra persona, esta otra persona tenia un contestador automático de que ya era fuera de horario de oficina... No tuvimos que esperar mucho más, pero habiendo hecho ya el check-in y pagado la fianza, la información se debería recibir a tiempo.
