El apartamento en general. Está en una zona residencial, muy tranquila y aunque está lejos del centro tienes el metro muy cerca para moverte

Big apartment ( there were 4 of us and it felt like plenty space) great location near transport and bars/ restaurants, felt very safe and secure, in a good apartment complex that was quiet. It had a Smart tv and good wifi and aircon. For what we paid I would say it was good value
There are 2 main let downs. The first is that we waited weeks to get our deposit back and had to chase the company again and again despite the fact that they make you sign a contract saying you will keep the place spotless, undamaged and tidy it yourself at the end, they won’t hold up their end of the contract and return your deposit within 7 days. The second is that the apartment is very poorly furnished/ equipped. Beds and sheets were of low quality and there were no additional blankets if you felt cold at night. The kitchen has limited crockery ( a lot of which wasn’t clean), only one pot, no oven gloves or towels. Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper too and kitchen roll if you want it. There was only one set of working keys, the second set didn’t work for the front gate so if you took those you couldn’t get back in. The other issue was that there was a pretty big communication barrier so no one showed us how to get into the apartment ( it required a specific trick of pulling and then pushing the door while turning the key). We ended up locked out and someone said they were coming in 20mins and then didn’t show for over an hour. The company that own the apartment just felt very chaotic . We were given two different numbers to communicate with them. They wanted a security deposit but didn’t provide a secure way to give this to them, asking instead for a bank transfer or photo of a credit card which seemed dodgy. Overall I think if you’re aware of all of this before going and you speak Spanish you’d likely be fine.
