Great place, poor customer service

The place is fine and well placed. Alas, it could've been a 8/9 stars for me if only they cared about customer service enough...

I still haven't got my deposit back, and it's been more than a month. I've been sending emails but it didnt help much, apparently. Also, the check-in process was everything but easy. I enjoyed my stay but they REALLY have to improve their customer service..

Good apartments only if you stay with 5-7 people, if less, I would recommend to find another

Good location, big apartments, parking place, but that's it about the positive side

The system of check-in, is the worst and the weirdest out of 60+ traveled cities by me in the last 10 years. The deposit amount is crazy. The price for the dog is 25eur per night. Light bulbs not working in the room, washing machine without legs. Very old apartments. Check-in starts at 4 p.m., we arrived at 4:45 p.m. and couldn't check in until 5:30 p.m, as the room was not ready. They don't send any information until you arrive at the place, where there is no one. Then, if you arrive by car, you have to stand on the emergency signal with your dog and call them so they can send you information on how to get to the parking lot and check-in to the apartment.

Muy limpio, amplio y la caña muy cómoda. El personal muy amable

El parking está en la planta menos 2 y no hay llave del ascensor, así que hay que subir con las maletas tres pisos andando. Reclamé la llave y me dijeron que lo arreglarían, pero nada. La luz de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba. No hay ni una percha en todo el alojamiento, también lo reclamé, también me dijeron que lo mirarían y tampoco obtuve ningún resultado. El importe de la fianza me parece totalmente fuera de lugar, en mi caso fue mucho mayor que el importe total de la estancia.

El trato con la agencia, que fue en todo momento correcto y atento

La casa necesita un poco de mantenimiento, la puerta del armario estaba rota y las rejillas del aire acondicionado estaban muy sucias. Faltan muchos utensilios básicos en la cocina y el sofá es muy incomodo. Ademas la casa es una vivienda interior, así que las vistas no son su punto fuerte, la verdad. Pero lo peor es el parking: Es muy angosto y la plaza esta en la planta -3, abajo del todo, así que si tienes un coche grande lo pasaras muy mal. Pero lo peor no es eso, lo peor es que el ascensor que baja al parking funciona con llave y solo te dan el mando para abrir la puerta del garaje, nada mas. Por lo que si bajas el coche cargado de maletas como me paso a mi, tendrás que subirlas 3 pisos por las escaleras. Pregunte por la llave a la agencia y no me dieron ninguna solución. Y el ultimo punto negativo es la abusiva fianza de 450€ que te exigen por si rompes algo: te pasas todo el tiempo con miedo a tocar nada por si lo rompes y pierdes la fianza, no es la manera ideal de pasar unas vacaciones, es estresante,la verdad.

Gran sitio para descansar y muy buena localización.

En si, me gustó todo, pero los colchones estaban genial y descansamos muy bien. Había muchas tiendas y supermercados muy cerca, además de sitios para comer y desayunar. La estación de metro a 200 metros y el autobús de línea, también a unos 250 metros. Muy bien conectado.

Para lo que usábamos ningún problema.
