We are truly disappointed with the whole experience and the worker’s attitude.

The pictures were promising a good quality accommodation, but in reality the state of the apartment was quite disappointing.

For starters, they checked us in late, we were waiting for 2 hours for the responsible staff, the communication w them was also poor. The biggest issue was non- functional kitchen facilities, specifically the oven and the stove, which made making any food of nutritious value difficult. When we tried to communicate it with the stuff, they were unhelpful, regarding us to the internet for a manual, assuming we can’t work the stove, disregarding the fact that it was not working and the issue laid in the stove itself not our inability to understand instruction and turn it on. After few days, and no solution we contacted them again, but we were met with sarcasm , passive aggressiveness and mockery to certain extent and again no solution. At this point our stay was soon ending, and we were not able to use the kitchen to cook at all.

extra costs for a late arrival (after 8 p.m.), Not mentioned in the Booking conditions! Instead of installing a keybox, the host saved this money and required extra 50 € for a late check-in. We tried several times to contact the owner by phone and by SMS, how to get the key. Communication was pretty complicated and the owner does not speak English. Only 6 chairs for 8 persons, only 2 keys. Cooker worked only partly. Beds were hard.

while booking it says the amount we paid included the cleaning fee 90 euro. It was said that 643 plus 90 for cleaning. we paid that. when we reached there the staff again asked for another 90 and didn’t get the key till we paid. we waited for almost 1 and hail f hours for the caretaker to get the key.

bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Polecam

wyśmienita lokalizacja ,do tego łatwa w komunikacji. Zresztą cała Malaga dobrze zorganizowana pod tym względem. Blisko do morza , sklepów kawiarni czy restauracji. W zasadzie trudno się doczepić .Doskonałe miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania oraz spokojnego miejsca na plaży. Czystość bez zarzutu.

Apartament przygotowany na 8 osób. Jednak dosyć ubogi pod tym względem jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie ( szkło, kubki,filiżanki,talerze itp.) Ja wiem że w Hiszpanii kultura jedzeniowa raczej zewnętrzna ale apartamnet powinien być wyposażony pod ilość gości.

Fajne , ale.....

Lokalizacja, 200m metrow od plaży, piekarnia na rogu, blisko sklep mercadona, przystanek autobusowy 5 minut do stacji pociągowej nowoczesne mieszkanie, ale...

Kuchnia nie przeszła remontu, a w całym mieszkaniu straszna wilgoć:( jest jedną klimą w salonie ale nie ma takiej mocy aby ciepłe powietrze dotarło do sypialni. Okna mokre, pościel oraz odzież również, byliśmy w lutym gdzie temperatury na zewnątrz były 16 a 20 stopni więc można było otwierać okna i nagrzać mieszkanie , byliśmy 7 dni w 8osob i dostalimy na cały pobyt aż 4 rolki papieru toaletowego :(

Fuimos por trabajo y fue una experiencia horrible de principio a fin, nos pusieron pegas para la recogida de llaves y nos obligaron a pagar en efectivo un cargo de limpieza sin darnos opción a factura, desatendió todas nuestras peticiones durante la estancia negándose a solucionar desperfectos y falta de limpieza en el apartamento, Una vez terminado la empresa principal que es Novasol también se niega a facilitarnos factura de la estancia alegando que no es obligatoria, Todo fatal, especulación y un servicio pésimo.

La ubicación y la facilidad de desplazarse en transporte publico.

Que el apartamento, sobre todo las duchas, estuviera mal limpio y que la mesa y las sillas fueran para 6 cuando se supone que el apartamento es para 8, o que la cocina estuviera mal equipada, había tres cuchillos jamoneros y no había abrelatas, o dos escurre verduras y no había ensaladera.....
