** Cat sometimes on site depending on the season, but completely independent and friendly. This is a ground-floor apartment in a small stone building, consisting of five very quiet apartments. There are two bedrooms and a jacuzzi, which can be used outside of winter. This apartment has been tastefully renovated in keeping with the Bordeaux and Haussmannian styles (baroque chandelier, white patinated oak parquet flooring, high ceilings, moldings, exposed stonework, etc.) with quality materials and furniture (Louis Philippe wardrobes, aged leather Chesterfield sofa, multi-jet walk-in shower, etc.).
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a generously sized private terrace (20 m²), which is very welcome on sunny days. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (pyrolytic oven, induction hob, microwave, Senséo coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, numerous kitchen utensils, etc.).
You will also have access to a small, empty closet for your linens and personal belongings, as well as a washing machine and dryer. For music lovers, an electric piano equipped with a microphone and a high-quality amplifier will be at their disposal :).
The accommodation will be entirely at your disposal, and you will be the sole occupants.
I will point out the various places to discover (museums, restaurants, cinemas, cultural or religious sites, etc.). Having connections in the tourism sector, I can put you in touch with professionals for all kinds of tours in the region. ("Wine Tour" in the Médoc or Saint-Emilion, "the Châteaux Route," discovering the best restaurants in Bordeaux, tastings of regional products, etc.) In addition, I will point out the various activities available on the beaches during the season ("Lacanau-pro", Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret, etc.).
