About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Bordeaux, this splendid flat located in a 19ᵉ century stone building, right in the heart of the Saint-Michel district. Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 70 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with sofas, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A dining area with table and chairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 12 m² terrace with an uninterrupted view of the Place des Capucins.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities :
- Close to the city centre, in the St-Michel district
- Within walking distance of all shops and transport links
- A stone's throw from St-Michel Basilica and at the foot of the famous Capucins market
- Bordeaux's hyper-centre is an 8-minute walk away, as is the heart of the Saint-Michel district, with all its restaurants, cafés, shops, etc.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public pay car park 20 m away (Les Capucins).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 6 minutes by car (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 28 min by car (23.7 km)
- Tramway B (‘Victoire’ stop) is a 4-minute walk away, taking you to Place du Grand Théâtre (hypercentre) in 5 minutes, and direct to the Cité du Vin in 15 minutes.
- It is also possible to park in the street, but spaces are at a premium and there is a charge (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
- Vcub station 100m away, e1.60 for 24 hours.
Other remarks :
- This flat is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the flat.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.

Les Hauteurs The apartment was beautiful and in a nice location. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work well at all. The air-conditioning unit was too small for the loft apartment. The entire time we stayed we slept on the couches because the bedrooms were miserable hot. The bathroom had no shampoo or amenities as advertised. There was also no shelf or anything for us to place our shampoo and soap, so we had to leave our stuff on the floor. It was disappointing to pay what we did and not be able to sleep in the beds. The back room especially was 90 - 100 degrees the entire time we stayed. For us it was not good value for our money. Would have stayed in a hotel instead but we were stuck.

Les Hauteurs "Great visit in beautiful Bordeaux
🙂 there were a lot of shops/stores/variations of restaurants, all different styles - close to everything, so easy living :) Bordeaux is a nice city, easy to get bolt/uber to the appartement, very nice drivers. Short walk of 10-20mins to old city Bordeaux
🙁 the aircon had a little poor effect, staying a the topfloor, with 30degrees outside, maybe a more powerful a/c would be in place or one in the living room an another one in the back bedroom (a fan was available). Poor sleeping the first couple of nights until the heat subsided a little. Otherwise the appartement was great.
Also received warnings from locals not to walk in the neighbourhood area during night hours as a lot of muggings and also drugdeals beeing made. No problem during daytime though."

🙂 The location was amazing. Right next door to restaurant and the Market. The balcony was great and such a plus!
🙁 We had a hard time figuring out the washing machine. It was really operator error, as we could not figure out how to get it into the dry cycle."

Pictures are accurate but the furniture could have some cleaning. Only other issue was we were short on paper towels and toilet paper, things I don’t expect to have to buy on a short term stay.
