Property was exactly as pictured, so clean and comfortable! Very good facilities including a washer/dryer. Around 10 minute walk from shops/restaurants and multiple bus stop options to take you into downtown. Area the house was in was quiet and felt very safe walking around. Paul the host had sent very clear messages prior to stay and checked in with us during our stay, over all would highly recommend!!
Our one and only con is there is no couch, still plenty of chairs in the kitchen for everyone to use if watching the TV

the rooms were very nice; the kitchen was good but nonstick pans would have been nice; the yard was gorgeous. We also walked a few blocks to a neighborhood park, which was nice. it's a very nice neighborhood. the owners were in frequent contact to make sure that all was good, and we had no trouble getting in (after we realized that the entry was in the back!)

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in the suburb, 3-40 minutes bus ride to downtown Vancouver. Very clean facility. Reasonable price. 10 out of 10 host! We left some of our stuff behind at the property, and the host went out of his way to help us sort it out. Thank you so much for your help, Paul, and sorry we kept bothering you. No reason not to go back - price, location, cleanliness, host.

Spacious, clean & very nicely set up with everything you need.
What could have been better was the hot water, hot water run out very quickly.
