Good location with beautiful view of waterfront and downtown Vancouver. Room not as high end or updated with electronic plug ins as hoped. Huge negative was a concert on the rooftop across the street that went from 8-10:00 that was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves speak in the room.

The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the room offered a spacious layout with a fantastic view. Facilities were top-notch, complemented by friendly staff, making the say comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A big pricey but loved everything else.

Unfortunately, our experience was less pleasant than expected. The swimming pool does not allow the use of floatation devices, which was quite inconvenient for families with young children. This rule was not clearly communicated in advance.
In addition, we were traveling with a child, and even when the child was hungry, there was no flexibility at all regarding a slightly delayed check-out. The lack of understanding and flexibility made the experience stressful rather than relaxing.
While the facilities themselves were acceptable, the policies and rigid enforcement were disappointing. I hope the hotel can be more family-friendly and considerate in the future.
