Enjoyed staying in North Vancouver. The hotel location was close to everything. Easily accessible to water taxi that could be taken into downtown Vancouver. The hotel was comfortable and staff helpful.

Pinnacle Hotel was beautiful and had outstanding staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!

Unfortunately, our experience was less pleasant than expected. The swimming pool does not allow the use of floatation devices, which was quite inconvenient for families with young children. This rule was not clearly communicated in advance.
In addition, we were traveling with a child, and even when the child was hungry, there was no flexibility at all regarding a slightly delayed check-out. The lack of understanding and flexibility made the experience stressful rather than relaxing.
While the facilities themselves were acceptable, the policies and rigid enforcement were disappointing. I hope the hotel can be more family-friendly and considerate in the future.
