Uzupio4 Old Town House

The charming apartment is situated very close to the historic part of the city. Rooms are spacious, there is a nice living room with comfortable sofas, a big table and a large TV. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The apartment has a Bohemian atmosphere, so the little "imperfections" are forgivable. Restaurants and cafés within (very) short walking distance.

The showered holder was broken, which made it a bit awkward to take a shower. There was no coffee machine available.

Great location; great for exploring the city

1) no coffee maker of any type. I messaged the manager, Rausa, if there were a coffee maker at the property; he responded “should be”. I responded “none. We have looked.” He never responded to this. I even sent another message next day “Did you find a solution?” and, again, no response. Further, the shower wand holder is broken and makes showering difficult. No microwave or toaster is available either. The unit is cute and great for small groups and families, but a few small changes described above including a more responsive manager would improve the customer experience.

It had a very cozy interior and was spacious. Great location. We also liked the little courtyard

The door handles and the bathroom lock aren’t in a good condition, and the showerhead holder was broken

L'appartement est magnifiquement situé près du centre ville dans un quartier très pittoresque. On peut visiter la ville à pieds à partir de cet hébergement. Hôte très attentif à nos demandes : il nous a permis de laisser en dépôt nos bagages après l'heure de départ.

L'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, il a été mieux nettoyé lors de notre départ. L'équipement de la cuisine est sommaire ; une casserole, une poêle et deux tasses étaient vraiment sales. Les images sur le site donnent l'impression d'un appartement beaucoup plus moderne qu'il ne l'est en réalité. Plutôt vétuste avec quelques défectuosités (impossible de fermer à clé les portes de la salle de bain et de la toilette ; électricité instable dans le salon,...) cet appartement est plein de charme mais ne correspond pas à l'image qui en est donnée sur le site.
