Чисто. Вежливый хозяин. Отличный ремонт. Есть чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина. В радиусе 500 метров несколько магазинов. Хорошо работает отопление ( был зимой ).
Холодновато в душе. " Ледяной " пол в душе. Не было сахара

The main reasons we chose to stay in Sevan were to be close to the lake and to help my mum feel relaxed, surrounded by people and markets. We found everything we were looking for at Stayvan. My mum was very happy with how clean the place was and with the kindness of the owners—she’s still talking about it today. I definitely recommend this place for families.
The roads in Sevan made it difficult for my mum to walk to the lake.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très confortable, très beau et idéalement situé au centre de Sevan. Les hôtes sont très arrangeants. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, ce qui est très pratique. Merci beaucoup à Ellen d'avoir été très réactive par message pour nous aider à dépasser la barrière de la langue avec ses parents !
