Possibility to use the shared kitchen and dining room. Good location. Helpfull personnel.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was kind enough to help us with anything that we needed. They even treated us to some freshly made bread during breakfast. We loved it there!

There were several water and electricity shortages during our stay. Hotel staff kindly provided us with bottled water immediately. They even went out of their way to help us in the middle of the night. This is most likely due to some citywide maintenance that was going on during our stay.

the hotel is new build and clean . staff is very nice , kind and helpful . rooms are large enough . the hotel is located in good place not so far from city center and not so far from sevan lake . breakfast was excellent.

before we come , I mail the hotel and ask if the rooms are warm . because our trip was in end of October and it was cold. they answered: yes our heating system is working and also we have warm bedding and ... when we reach , rooms was like a refrigerator . no heating system and no hot water in bath , they say hotel is new and the heating system not installed yet . it was a big lie . we had sleep bags and we was ready for camping in nature for next nights . so it was not so difficult for us to stay in cold rooms but it is not recommended for cold seasons at all . but for summer this hotel is nice place for stay .
