Piccolo appartamento dotato di tutto per breve soggiorno e anche wifi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione defilata ma tranquilla in un contesto di case popolari, proprietari gentili e solerti.
É stato molto problematico trovare la casa perchè l'indirizzo fornito su Booking veniva geolocalizzato da Google Maps in modo sbagliato.
Abbiamo chiesto aiuto a delle gentili persone locali.
Una volta trovato il posto, i proprietari sono stati gentili e solerti. Non parlano inglese, ma con gesti e l'aiuto del traduttore potrete capirvi e accordarvi.

For the price, this is a great apartment in Sevan. It's clean, spacious, the shower has hot water and it's cool at night so you don't need air conditioning. The owner is very helpful.
The walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbours you can hear them. The second night, the people were quiet and we didn't hear a thing. Also, the mattress is quite uncomfortable. The kettle doesn't work.

The room was clean. The caretaker was a nice person.
The breaker keeps tripping if you start using the water heater. There is only 1 bed and the sofa cum bed was broken. There's less cooking utensil.
