It's the second time I stay here and I'd definitely come again. The house is beautiful and they clearly care about it more than about pumping money out of it. The hosts are my idea of kindness, they are discrete yet available. Nothing feels forced and they seem happy to have you there. Plus, I fell sick late in the evening and Norik stopped what he was doing to drive to a pharmacy and get me medicine even though it could have waited until the morning.
I'm thinking really hard but nothing comes to mind, I'd need to be really really petty to come up with something to reproach.

Norek is very friendly and helpful, he offered us free lifts around the village and paid tours if we needed them We had a room with a balcony which was nice to have on a cold night under a blanket. The town itself isnt very exciting but it grew on us. We found a lovely cafe/restaurant called Paris lunch(picture of fish bbq attached) with a large super market across the street, although there is a small shop 30 seconds walk from Noreks. We loved the two gorgeous cats in the garden, we suggest stealing breakfast meat and buying cat food for them as a bribe;)
Just suggestions not criticisms- The shower inside and out is a tiny bit slippy, perhaps a plastic grip mat inside and out is a good idea to prevent a fall. We arrived after 8.30pm on a Saturday and almost every restaurant in Sevan was closed, the main street was unlit and felt eerie (though it was fine) so we had breaded chicken burgers in a fast food place...id suggest bringing some pasta, meat, rice etc and cooking it in the kitchen at Noreks if you arrive late. The kitchens well equipped. If youre not driving like us prepare to use the yandex/gg app, as in all cities. The breakfast was plentiful but for my friend hes fussy a list of items available on arrival would save Norek hassle kindly cooking so much. Theres no bins in rooms/the kitchen although the house is very warm, clean, big and tidy. The birds in the living room may need bigger cages and leaving a box of cat food by the shoes area for tourists to feed the beautiful outdoor cats and this could save Noreks breakfast meats and be fun;)

The location was nice. The host dropped me to a hitchhiking point which was helpful. There were slippers to use, hot water in the shower, and kitchen as well.
I had booked a double room with balcony but they gave me a twin bed room. They said they didn't have the double room. The room lay empty, its door open. Later they gave the double room to someone else. I wonder why they didn't give me the room I reserved and even requested for. The heating was only turned on at night. There were no fresh soaps and even towel was provided upon asking. The kitchen was overtaken by some Russian tourists. It was really dirty. Bread and tea and used cups and plates everywhere in the kitchen. Burnt pan and so on. Wow! I asked the host if it would be so dirty always they said they would clean up in the morning and that the guests had done it. I mean if you had new guests come in you should either clean up or ask your other guests to take care of their mess. The same tourists, who were pretty insensitive and rude btw, left the next day. The good pan was taken away by the hosts and I had to ask for it again. No coffee or tea provided in the kitchen. There was salt and sugar. The hosts came up a few times to switch off lights etc, and they specifically asked to only run your clothes for 29 minutes. Travelers some times have very dirty clothes and need to run them longer. No powder of course. I wish that the hosts weren't so tight about everything. When you expect the perfect payment, you should also let a little lose on some of the facilities rather than keeping such a close eye on them.
