Great host, very welcoming and helpful.Good location, beautiful view. Good breakfast.
Kitchen is not comfortable to use but if you are planning to eat outside this is not a problem ofc.

Host Anahit is a nice person. Made sure we were comfortable.
Clean bedding and room. My kids could play with Anahit's grand kids, enhancing their experience.
She was kind enough to give me a bottle of her Anjeer Jam when I told her I was looking forward to seeing her anjeer and ripe grapes...
- The room we got was near the entrance of the villa which had stairs running close by. The bathroom window opened straight near the stairs where people could see through :(
- We took only 1 dinner and 1 breakfast at the property which I feel was over-priced. Stay costed 29K AMD for 2 nights and these 2 meals costed 22K AMD for 2 adults and 2 kids!! Worth noting that we are vegetarians , so as it is we were served limited options Beans , eggplant, soup and pasta for dinner. Breakfast had red lobi and vermicelli with bread and jam
- Shared washing machine. Went on and on for an hour despite various settings. Delayed our morning plans..
-Ijevan is a nice city with many options near the hill top with better mountain views.

I only spent one night here unfortunately, but I would have liked to have stayed longer. My room was clean, beautiful and had everything I needed, and it also had a wonderful balcony. I also had a delicious dinner and a great breakfast in the morning, all for a very reasonable price. The owners are friendly and caring, I definitely recommend this place
