The Rooms are very comfortable. Beds I like it. I like that kind of hard thing not a spring bed that can cause back pain. Linens are clean. Surroundings are very silent, peaceful, outside is nature view.

Far from City, to any supermarket, and restaurants. But anyway, Yerevan has 24 hour Yandex that can easily book a ride and it's cheap. Maybe need to repair some paints of the interior walls.

Reasonable price, close to the airport (about 20 minutes drive) and to the bus station Kilikia. Armenia is a beautiful country!

The hotel located on a small street, and if you want to get to the civilization, you have to walk uphill on the dusty gravel road, not the most pleasant experience. There is no shower cabin, just the drain hole in the bathroom floor, so all the water distributes around the bathroom floor, making it very slippery. And some mold on the walls due to high humidity, which is very unsafe. It also could use a shelf in the bathroom, there isn't any place to put the shampoo or the toothbrush. We have lived there for about 6 days, the room have never been cleaned or even trash bin 🗑 emptied. The room itself is tiny, no place for clothes or even for a suitcase. Just few hooks behind the door.
