The location and the hospitality of the owners.
It was a little bit cold in the room, but they offered us a fan heater. In the bathroom was very cold. Also if another person is showering in the nearby bathroom... It is no pressure for the water in another bathroom.

Гостепреимная хозяйка и ее дочка. Если выйти из отеля, перейти дорогу, то есть мангальная зона (с красивым видом на обрыв). Есть собственная кухня и обеденная зона. На этажах есть туалеты с душевыми. Очень удобный матрас на кровате - спала лучше, чем дома))) До метро идти недалеко. По цене вообще дешево вышло, что не может не радовать.
Без претензий вообще)))

Хозяева очень доброжелательные. Для Еревана это лучшее место в соотношении цена/качество. Месторасположение тоже нормальное, 10 минут до метро.
Полы и в целом хостел достаточно грязноват, НО кровати чистые, никаких насекомых, тараканов, клопов не было, а это самое главное.

Clean and cool. AC was working whole the night. Here in yerevan weather is really hot.. so the AC was important for me. Nice and friendly stuff
Location isn’t that nice. Very confusing place .
