Orion Hostel

Everything was great.. except WiFi doesn’t work well especially female dorms. My first night no WiFi all night.

当我进入这家酒店，我就感觉到很开心，因为让我感受到日本青旅民宿的环境条件！前台人员很友好，大厅很大，很舒服，房间我订的是多人间，干净整洁，公共卫生间和洗漱洗澡间分男女，比较干净，设施齐全，不用担心人多。还有加热食物的工具以及冰箱、水池等公共设施，很棒的体验！对了，他们酒店我注意到还有单独的一人间，不需要多人同住的房间。如果我订酒店的时候有看到的话，我会选择。当然，多人间体验也很好。

Simple room but comfy enough to sleep in. A few-minute walk to Republic Square, North Avenue and Cascade. They did my laundry for free. The cleaning lady is to be commended for her efforts to make toilet and surrounding clean. The shower curtain fell off when I was taking a shower. I hope they get that fixed.

The place itself looks well-made and beautiful in person. Bunk beds are huge and comfy, and I love the locker which was able to fit my luggage and backpack. It’s a nice hostel but what really disappointed me was the cleanliness of the shared restrooms especially in the late evening / early morning. There were not trash bins for used tissues/napkins which meant that you are supposed to flush tissues/napkins after use. But the toilets don’t seem to be powerful enough to flush even just a small amount of tissues, so you would see a lot of unflushed tissues and human waste. My suggestion is to put trash bins and to make cleaning more frequent. Toilet paper was also unavailable most of the time during my stay.
