Halabyan Hotel

Excellent price for a room with a private shower and toilet. You won't find anything like this anywhere in the city. Great location next to the park. The room has a mini fridge, table, kettle, mug, towels, and air conditioning. There's a small window and a mini mirror opposite the window. A double bed and pillows. These are new rooms and have been rented out not long ago. Overall, it's a great choice for one night.

The room's window faces a busy road, which is clearly audible. The pillows are very high and hard. There's no mirror in the bathroom. There's no smoking ban here. So, over time, everything here will be permeated with tobacco smoke. Why there's no smoking ban in such a small room is unclear for me.
