- Great Views & Surroundings: Nice view of the Hrazdan Gorge, surrounded by greenery, and surprisingly cool inside even when it’s +35°C outside. - ​Basic Facilities: Equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a stove, a washing machine, drying racks, and an iron with an ironing board. Good Wi-Fi. - ​Kitchen & Common Areas: The kitchen sink is very functional, and there is a pleasant open veranda and couches for relaxing. - ​Amenities: Spacious rooms, fairly clean overall, and the bathroom includes a bidet. - ​Location Access: A small grocery store is within walking distance, and Yerevan City supermarket is accessible on foot if you don't mind a longer walk.

This hostel is fine if you only need a place to sleep for a couple of nights and just require basic amenities. However, it is not suitable for long-term stays, working remotely, or proper relaxation. Overall, the atmosphere feels less like a standard tourist hostel and more like temporary or crowded lodging (sofas in the living room are rented out, and there is even a tent set up in the yard). - ​Location & Check-In: The hostel is located in an old, maze-like area with no signs, direction markers, or clear paths. The front door is always locked, requiring you to ring the doorbell every time you enter. Check-in was slow and confusing; staff struggled to find my reservation, and no payment receipt was provided. - ​Staff & Atmosphere: The hosts are unwelcoming, speak minimal English, and rarely explain the house rules or step in during conflicts. The environment felt somewhat uncomfortable for female guests due to unwanted attention and ignored requests. - ​Bathroom Conditions: The shared bathroom/toilet has several functional issues. It lacks toilet paper, the lock is unreliable, and improper plumbing causes unpleasant odors. The floor and toilet seat are constantly wet and slippery, space is cramped, and ventilation is poor. Additionally, privacy is an issue—guests frequently rattle the handle, knock, or flip the light switch while someone is inside. - ​Kitchen & Dining Space: Kitchen space is very narrow and overcrowded, making cooking or even having a peaceful cup of tea difficult. The main fridge is overfilled, and there are only two dining tables in total for the entire hostel. - ​Beds & Room Comfort: Beds are short (a person of average height, ~170 cm, will press against the metal frame) and unstable, causing vibrations throughout the bunk whenever someone moves. The mattresses are hard and wrapped in noisy plastic. There are no privacy curtains, bedside shelves, individual lights, or adequate hooks.
