Not well equiped kitchen.

Very kind host and big comfortable apartment! The host recommend us his favorite restaurant, which we reached in 5min walking and was awesome! We were communicating the whole day, because we changed our arrival time million times and he wasn't even mad. Very kind guy!

Even with the electronic heating it was still a bit cold, BUT the weather was unexpectedly cold, so not really his fault.

We stayed in one room in a two-bed room apartment located above the garage of the owner. It was a little hard to find at first, but the owner, who speaks Armenian and Russian, and his sons, who can speak English, were standing on the road waiting for us. The two nights we were there, there was no one else in the second room, so we had the run of the apartment. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and little supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Wifi and TV work. When you stay there, make sure to adjust the water temperature for the shower if the water is a little cool. The water heater is in the kitchen next to sink and you just have turn the temperature up. You can easily find a taxi to bring you to Lake Sevan, which is a 5 to 10 minute ride away, depending on which location you want to go to. It's a bit of a long walk to the lake, as you'll have to walk a ways to get over a bridge to cross over the highway that runs parallel to the lake shore.

The refrigerator was little old.

Excellent breakfast, pleasant proprietor, when he was there.
