A very nice property.

A lovely property, well placed within the town. It had everything we needed and more.

As a family of 5 we couldn't eat at the table together as there's only 4 chairs.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The host, Vicky, was friendly and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a lovely experience. The property was spotlessly clean and very cosy , full of thoughtful extra touches — arriving to a lit Christmas tree, mince pies, milk, tea and coffee, and even a surprise bottle of fizz in the fridge made us feel instantly welcome. The board games were a lovely touch, perfect for a cosy evening in. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom had toiletries, which was a nice touch. The bedrooms were cosy and we had a lovey night’s sleep, and the Hugh bath was a highlight. We love visiting Guisborough as it’s perfectly located for exploring places like Saltburn, Whitby, Staithes and Yarm. Although we didn’t use it, having a bus stop right outside was very convenient. The high street location was fantastic — everything was right on the doorstep. Having a private parking space was a real bonus. Guisborough has an abundance of lovely independent restaurants and wine bars. We ate at Greedy Ted’s, which was amazing with a great atmosphere. It was also great having M&S Food Hall within walking distance and Morrisons nearby on the high street. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be back.

Great location for visiting family and the local area, will definitely book again.

The property was well presented, being clean and warm on are arrival. The Christmas tree also a great addition for the season and greatly appreciated. The addition of a secure parking space just around the corner from the property was a fantastic perk and not normally available for property on the high street. All the pubs, shops and cafes are within walking distance and our dog enjoyed his walks to the coffee shop’s in the morning.

A home from home, excellent location and look forward to staying at property again.

Excellent accommodation, great location and a five minute walk from the Guisborough shops. A lovely park a two minute walk away which our dog really loved. The host Vicky was amazing - informative and always on hand via whats app if required. It was a real home from home. Look forward to staying again when exploring the area and visiting family.
