Beds are not very comfortable. But it could just be my preference. I just slept on top of the cover and was more than happy.

Exceptional

Check in is very convenient! And the house is very big! Especially the warm colors are perfect! Because it has been raining recently, the heating and cooling always come in handy!

Adequate but more info would be nice.

The flat is large and has 4 bedrooms and two toilets - which was great for traveling as a family. It allowed us to spread out a bit. The beds and bedrooms were clean and cozy. There are laundry facilities in the unit along with a small kitchen. Very nice to have that and a small refrigerator. Instructions for getting into unit were clear. Staff assisted quickly when the portal didn't provide us the information to unlock the door.

We were staying for an event at Riverside stadium. The unit is pretty far from the stadium and town center. We did walk to and from the town center (30 minutes) on two occasions. There are a couple small stores near the unit with some essentials and food. There are a few take away places close by as well. The unit also seems to be quite close to the University. We were told by two different taxi drivers that the area is not very safe and is known for drug use and related violence. We didn't have any experiences that made us feel unsafe - but would have been helpful to know a bit more about the area before booking. Prior reviews didn't note this which is why I'm mentioning it. The flat wasn't dirty but was not clean in the common spaces (including dustballs and previous occupant litter). Bathroom trash had not been taken out prior to our arrival. While the flat does provide dishes, cooking utensils and flat ware - we did have to provide our own dish washing liquid, paper towels and laundry soap (this is not an issue but we weren't aware before arriving at the location). The unit has a TV and WiFi. There were no instructions included and it looked like the wifi and TV had been unplugged and disconnected before our arrival. After finding 3 separate modems - I was able to find the right one and correct connection (in the front bedroom on ground floor). The TV connection has to come from the front bedroom so the downstairs living area will have a cable running through it if you want to utilize the TV. It looked like there was once a DVD player but we didn't see it. Lots of DVDs in the corner and some excess cords. My first thought was that someone had quickly taken the DVD player and/or other components.

very clean property. facilities and furniture a bit dated. Overall it was acceptable.

the location of plug sockets, the sofas were old and tired, lacked support when sat in. upstairs toilet was out of order.
