This was our 3rd stay at Batts Farm Barns. The accomodation is always very comfortable and the barns are spotlessly clean with everything we could wish for. The location is one of the reasons we love to stay at this accomaodation as we like the peace and quiet plus being able to see the stars in the sky at night is a treat coming from London.

The location was great, very close to Cheddar and Wells, in the heart of a farm. The apartment was comfortable and had a lovely, well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the terrace, as the evenings were too chilly for a barbecue. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check out a little later than scheduled.
There were five of us, so having a second bathroom would have been not essential but helpful.

Very clean and spacious. In a good location and lovely surroundings.
Couldn’t find any general instructions regarding kitchen appliances.

It was very clean and quiet.
Would have liked some comfy garden chairs.
