The property is on the 4th floor in a residential neighborhood. The rooms are big enough, you don't feel cramped. There is a large balcony, with outdoor access. There are groceries and other stores in the neighborhood. Taxis and deliveries are easy. The beds are comfortable and the internet is good. There is plenty of equipment in the kitchen, you can cook whatever you like. There are desks in the bedrooms which is a bonus if you want to use the computer.
There were 2 things we didn't like. When the wind blows there is a lot of noise. There is noise from the furniture and rolling tarps on the roof and from the property adjacent. It can be loud at times and woke us multiple times during our stay. The second thing we didn't like was the toilets. The main toilets is old and needs remodeling. The shower door is in poor condition. The small toilet off the living room is too small. It is so small that the toilet seat cannot be fully raised, there is also no floor drain.
