They allow me to a.late check out without charge. Front.desk staff are accommodating and approachable.
While I specifically ask for a room that wont hear the noise from the road. My neighbor room was noisy who always slams the door.

Staff were super friendly with my little one and sprayed with door/bags while I juggled child, stroller and luggage. You could barely hear anything whilst in the room and it was very cozy. Super location, wonderful hosts, very can and comfortable bed.

Location is great, very central (a bit noisy).
Staff was very pleasent.
Room was very clean.
Room and facilities is far from description.
The hotel elevator gets up the the 3rd floor, we satyed at 4th so it was very uncomfortable.
One of us has a disability climbing down the stairs so she was unable to leave the room without assistance. This was not mentioned in the hotel or in any of the hotel messages.
Walk in closet is apparently an open hanger above the side of your bed, not very useful, things where scattered around the room (table, sofa etc).
Coffee and tea includes one tea bag and one coffee capsule per guest for the whole stay, you need to pay for extra.
For the price we paid there are far better options.
