Idéalement placé, avec une vue magnifique sur Athènes et littéralement au pied de l’acropole avec vue magnifique sur l’Erechteion. Une belle villa qui nous immerge dans la vie Athénienne et dans le cœur touristique.

We had a perfect stay in this lovely, homely apartment, full of thoughtful details.
The apartment has a beautiful view of the city and a perfect location in Plaka. The rooftop terrace overlooks the Acropolis. There were some Christmas decorations and cookies, coffee, tea, water, and other snacks for breakfast, and everything else you might need. Like umbrella’s, which we were very grateful for on a day with thunderstorms. Very convenient if you're flying in and only have a short stay.
Personally I don't really like the cameras that I saw hanging on the terrace. Apparently they are afraid of intruders.

The location was excellent with amazing views and walking distance to tavernas and tourist sites. We enjoyed the large balcony & being within walking distance to tavernas.
Unfortunately the host has automatic sprinkler system on the tiled balcony for potted plants. We suffered a very bad slip & fall injury when walking outside onto the balcony from the front door as the whole balcony was flooded with water being difficult to see in the glaring morning sun.
We brought this to the attention of the host to make ensure she makes it safe for future guests & turns off water sprinkler & needs to fix the oven.
Because we booked so we could self cater & use the kitchen but the oven and cooktop were broken so needed to eat out each day.
Also the smaller bedroom is located right next to an alleyway very loud intoxicated people walking past late at night right outside window difficult to sleep.
Lastly regarding location, unfortunately both times we had issues with taxi drivers, firstly with arrival taxi could not find it or would not drive through narrow one way street & dropped us at bottom of hill so we had to walk carrying our luggage climbing far too many steps in hot sun to reach the house. Same thing when we booked a taxi to pick us up for airport - very difficult for him to find us & we nearly missed our flight. Not the host’s fault but just to keep in mind regarding location.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely decor and all the mod cons. Well stocked with complimentary food, drink, toiletries and everything you could possibly need! Lovely terrace and view. Right next to the main attractions and shops.
