We absolutely loved the Plaka - the sidewalk cafes, the shops, and the easy access to the historical / cultural sites. Oikia Tripodon was quite comfortable and charming. We really feel like we got to be part of Athens for a few days.
They doorstops on the back bedroom and sitting room were tearing up the floors. It took a while to figure out how to release them. Perhaps add that to the notes or replace with simpler stops. Also, the hallway thermostat was difficult to understand. We were never really sure where it was set. The wall unit in the back bedroom was excellent.

Great apartment in the heart of Plaka - the beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet despite being on a main street. The host was very responsive to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect and met all of my families needs in Athens. It was in the heart of Plaka and walking distance to a lot of great shopping, restaurants, and the Acropolis. In addition it was a quick taxi ride to the port, making it easy to plan a day trip to a few islands. The property was also spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Athens.

We had a great time staying at this property. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. The best part was the location, close and within 10 min walk to all the sights, restaurants and a great gelato place steps away! Would definitely book again if we return.
