Central Luxe Flats With Spa Facilities

Lovely, clean & modern flat. Perfect location, about a 15 minute walk from city centre. Owners responded to any queries asap. Heaters- very warm. Easy to locate key upon arrival.

The main front door to the flat didn’t shut properly. Didn’t cause any issues but should be looked into for safety of guests. There was no Tv remote for front living room. The was no WiFi as described, couldn’t connect phones or the tvs to any WiFi what so ever. Parking was an issue. Plenty of it, but be careful of getting fined!

It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Easy to find also

The bed in the main room was very hard and uncomfortable. And even though I slept it wasn’t the best. Coffee was also stale and only 1 tea bag.

How central the property was to the city centre

The bottom door was a struggle to lock.

The ability to use the sauna and hot tub was great and all of the staff were very friendly when we spoke to them. The room was very clean and matched the photos well.

Conflicting information from staff (cleaner and owner), bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, neither television connected to anything to watch and one was also not connected to the internet to try and watch anything. Provided WiFi but no password to connect, when email was sent to the host they took a long time to reply and still did not include the WiFi password, just a promise to attach it. Door also propped open using a mop in the flat and the sauna had not been turned on before our arrival, so most of our hour it was unusable waiting for it to warm up.
