    I cannot comment on the apartment itself because I ultimately chose not to stay there. As soon as I realised the property was being managed by the same management team I had dealt with previously, I decided to forfeit my booking rather than go through another stressful experience. My previous interactions with the manager were extremely disappointing. I found him to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in the way he communicated with me. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of any previous issues involving other guests. I had stayed at properties managed by this company several times before and never caused problems. I always left the accommodation clean, respected the property, and followed the rules. Despite this, I felt singled out and judged based on past assumptions rather than my actual behaviour. What concerned me most was the attitude shown when the manager realised who I was. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I felt I was treated differently and unfairly. Customer service is a major part of the accommodation experience, and unfortunately my experience with the management left me with no confidence in booking with them again. I hope the company takes customer service and respectful communication more seriously in the future.
