I had a wonderful stay at KS 39 Spot and truly felt at home in Heraklion. Katherine and Giorgos were exceptional hosts. So welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and always happy to help. One can really see how much care and attention they've put into the apartment! The complimentary wine, raki, coffee, juice, water, bread, jams, chocolates and toiletries were such a lovely touch, as was the little folder they put together with practical information, tips and recommendations for guests. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The location is very convenient, with bus stops, shops, mini markets, bakeries, restaurants, Astoria Square and the old town all within easy walking distance. The KTEL bus station is about a 15-min walk away, while the port around 20 min on foot. It was a fantastic place to stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Heraklion!

Wonderful renovated apartment. Very comfortable installations very close to the city center. Great equipped kitchen and the hosts provided cereal bars, jam, honey, juice, water, coffee and olive oil. Nice taste for the decoration of the apartment and hosts super responsive and attentive. AC for each room and hot water powered by solar panels. Recommendations for restaurants, bars, supermarkets and emergency numbers available at the apartment.

It wasn’t a problem for us but there are stairs without elevator which can be an issue for people with mobility restrictions. The third bed is an auxiliary bed in the living room.

🌞Superb.🌞this is the best of the best! 🌞In the heart of the city yet very very quiet. 🌞This is more than an apartment. Its oozes the quality of the best penthouses in Europe yet has everything you need and more. 🌞 Everything is Quality from the kitchen to the bathroom, furniture, beds, double glazing, washing machine .. everything is there. Even the toothpicks! . They have thought of everything!,👍👍🙏 🌞Close to everything, walk to great cafes, restaurants, shops, the harbour... It's all right there. 🌞And clean. You will not find a cleaner apartment in Greece. 🌞This is the best place we have stayed in - in Greece and probably Europe in 15 years of travelling. Sometimes it's the small things that count. Wonderful welcome treats was a thoughtful touch. This beautiful apartment has it all sorted. Do not hesitate. just book it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐7 stars out of 5 and 12 out of 10. It's amazing!
