KS 39 Spot - Feel at home in Heraklion

Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ καλό σημείο για πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε αξιοθέατα, αγορά, υπηρεσίες, λιμάνι. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ φροντισμένο, φτιαγμένο με προσοχή και γούστο. Πολύ καθαρό, σου δίνει αμέσως την αίσθηση, ότι έφθασες σπίτι σου και σε ξεκουράζει. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, αν και δεν είναι παρόντες σου δίνουν την εντύπωση ότι είναι πάντα δίπλα για ότι χρειαστείς. Ήταν από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες διαμονής που είχαμε ποτέ. Θα θέλαμε να επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον!

Μικρή δυσκολία, η έλλειψη ασανσέρ και η έλλειψη χώρου στάθμευσης στο κτίριο. Ωστόσο, αν είστε τυχεροί (όπως συνέβη με εμάς!), θα βρείτε κάποια θέση στο δημόσιο δρόμο να αφήσετε το αυτοκίνητο. Αλλιώς, υπάρχουν αρκετά ιδιωτικά πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή, σε κοντινή απόσταση.

We liked everything- the lovely hosts, the size of the apartment and the fact that it was immaculately clean, and also the proximity to the centre of the city.

Decorado con un gusto exquisito y con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. Además de estar a un paso del centro pero a la vez en zona súper tranquila. Nos dejaron detalles como mantequilla, mermelada, chocolatinas, agua, vino y raki y los anfitriones se portaron con nosotros maravillosamente. Ha sido una de nuestras mejores estancias en apartamentos. Un millón de gracias Katarina. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en vuestro alojamiento. Volveremos! Recomendamos 100%.

No recomiendo ir en coche porque es muy difícil aparcar en la zona, pero en transporte público tienes muy buenas combinaciones.

Sirs, This is to thank you for offering customers such a great place to stay as ‘KS 39 Spot FEEL at home’. The location couldn’t be any better, everything is within a walking distance. The apartment big and very comfortable. The kitcken very well equipped. The owners Katerina and Giorgio know how to make you feel at home, they are caring people, always willing for us to get the most of our stay. They privide you with extra virgin oil, water, bread, butter and many things for cooking. The bathroom is nice with toiletries for you to use. Good shower. The bedroom is spacious, the bed (double bed) has a very comfortable mattress And there are built-in closets. What surprised me a lot are the screens. Classy. The ones you would have at home for personal use. The highlight of my stay in Crete was staying in a place like ’K S 38 Spot FEEL at home’. I highly recommend the place when in Heraklion. BRILLIANT!!!!
