I loved the location!! Loved the aesthetic and comfort of the apartment. Beds comfortable, kitchen has everything needed except salt!? Which was odd to leave out(?).
Balcony clean. I would absolutely recommend, or rather, insist this place to any friend or family who would visit Heraklion.
I really loved all of it. A/C great. Dishwasher, washing machine. Blow dryer.

El apartamento es exquisito, amplio, funcional y cuenta con todo lo que podés necesitar. Además de contar con todo lo que describe cuenta con botiquín. Hubo detalles de cortesía aguardandonos como fruta fresca, agua, vino y chocolates. Volvería acá sin dudar
Que está ubicada en un 3er piso por escalera. Es el único detalle en contra, pero queda perfectamente compensado con todo lo bueno y hermoso que es Casa Anastasia.

Very good location, apartment is new and the host was very helpful.
Although the wrong key was in the lock box, the owner solved this quickly and sent someone to fix it, even though it was almost midnight.
Floors were sticky and dirty. They were clearly mopped but using the same dirty water or way too much detergent that made all the dust stick to the floor. And the fridge was unusable due to the strong rotten meat smell.
