La posizione e la presenza di un terrazzo dove poter mangiare
I servizi: mancava carta igienica a sufficienza, la spugnetta per pulire le stoviglie non era nuova, aria condizionata mal funzionante e non funzionante nelle camere, anche il ferro da stiro non funzionante. Difficoltoso trovare parcheggio

O apartamento é lindo, o terraço magnífico, localização central
Pequenos detalhes que somados nos deixam sem vontade de voltar. Escolhemos um apartamento em vez de um hotel para podermos cozinhar algumas refeições claro, mas não haviam facas de cozinha nem para cortar pão. O fogão e o exaustor estavam muito sujos. Tive de pedir papel higiénico a meio da estadia pois segundo me disseram só tínhamos direito a um rolo. Nunca me tinha acontecido tal coisa e sou uma pessoa muito viajada. Com um pouco de esforço este apartamento seria nota 10, mas infelizmente não é.
