Convenient location - mere seconds away from the central market but it is a block away so there is not much noise beyond locals walking past. The room was very cosy and well equipped with a little kitchen and a living space so I could chill after a long day of walking in the heat. The host was also very friendly and entertained my many queries and request for storing my bags before my late flight.
I'm just nitpicking and it is entirely a matter of personal preference - I am used to sleeping with a duvet that is a little bit thicker than the blanket there, but I adjusted fairly quickly in the warm evenings!

Very clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation in an excellent central location. The self check-in was smooth and communication with the hosts was great.
Loved the thoughtfuldd small touches in the room and really appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Great value for money.

Great location in the center of the city. Definitely my preferred place to stay when I am visiting family.
The outline of the place is great and it is very functional.
Unfortunately it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic in the middle of the city and it doesn't have an office space so WFH is difficult.

Excellent location
Unfortunately the lady that let us in did not tell us that there was a problem with water in the area and therefore we had no toilet or shower facilities. She also did not tell us because we were a bit early the code to lock the door when went out would not work. She was not very helpful and was quite rude when we contacted her with the water problem. When we managed to speak to the owner he was much more friendly and helpful.
