Great location in the center of the city. Definitely my preferred place to stay when I am visiting family.
The outline of the place is great and it is very functional.
Unfortunately it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic in the middle of the city and it doesn't have an office space so WFH is difficult.

I liked the amenities and free coffee.
Excellent communication by the owner, at every step (before, during and after the stay)
The location was fine, close to the square kornarou.
It was excellent that the property had a balcony (though without view)
i could hear the noise of the neighboring room of the same property/accommodation owner.
It could have been a bit more quipped (e.g. missing bath-curtain)

Excellent location
Unfortunately the lady that let us in did not tell us that there was a problem with water in the area and therefore we had no toilet or shower facilities. She also did not tell us because we were a bit early the code to lock the door when went out would not work. She was not very helpful and was quite rude when we contacted her with the water problem. When we managed to speak to the owner he was much more friendly and helpful.
