The flat was pretty new and modern. I liked the location, close to major bus lines to Knossos, the airport and the ferry. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
There was a washer but no drying rack and it took a day and a half to dry clothes. The washer was set to only one option which was a 15 minute cycle, good if you only had a few clothing items. There was much instruction on using the flat, could have used a note or two about the AC and the washer. The managers were quick to respond to queries. There responses sounded clear as if written by AI, except that AI is friendlier.

The location is excellent, just a bit outside of the old town, walking distance to Heraklion Archeological museum, to Heraklion Bus station,the port, and there are direct buses to the airport. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable,we love the sofa and kitchen, the kitchen is small, but you have many kitchenwares to use, and of course, Nespresso coffee machine for you to taste local capsules.
There is no balcony for smoking, and the street is a bit crowded. We would appreciate it if there was a security box.
