Anassa 9 Cozy Apartment

Tive uma excelente experiência neste apartamento. A localização é ótima, muito prática para conhecer a cidade, e o espaço é exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, confortável e muito bem cuidado. O check-in foi simples e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e atenciosa. Passei uma noite muito agradável e com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente. Recomendo este lugar para quem procura conforto, boa localização e um ótimo custo-benefício. Como sugestão para futuros hóspedes: o apartamento fica no térreo, com entrada pela lateral do prédio, e não pela entrada principal. Parece uma entrada de garagem. À noite a rua fica bem escura e a placa é difícil de enxergar, então vale a pena prestar atenção a esse detalhe para encontrar a entrada mais facilmente.

Location very close to main city attractions, clean, cheap considering the period (August) and in comparison with other hotel/apartments.

Entrance not really fancy, not much light in the apartment. Ok for a short stay.

Close to city, has a washing machine.

Located sub floor level in a driveway, looks like it was a utility room converted to an apartment. Cat poop in driveway for the entire stay. Windows had to be closed with shutters for safety, so no view. Air conditioning was adequate but very loud all night. Freezer had not been cleaned, old potatoes and other foods left in cupboard. Bathroom vanity had broken drawer, toilet seat was inadequate, not fixed to toilet properly, hits you on the back when you sit on the toilet. Bed was squashed up against wall so difficult for second person to get out of bed without climbing over the other person. From the owner’s comments on this platform, he basically says you should not expect any thing more, however it is not ideal for any length of stay as I found it quite depressing and expensive in comparison to other places in Crete. I stayed out late and left early, just to spend as little time as possible here. I’m sure the owner will defend himself but I won’t be looking at his comments. The owner seems like a nice fellow but the apartment doesn’t match his personality.
