Misleading listing with serious cleanliness issues and a host who ignored our concerns
The place did not look like in the pictures. The furniture has been placed differently, in the pictures there is a kettle and coffee machine, which in reality is not, maybe it was just for decorating. Stained sofa. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck and we couldn’t use the sink. The toilet was dirty and didn't work properly, had no pressure, you needed a bucket to fill up with water and throw in the toilet instead, parts of the wall of the bathroom was falling/damaged. A lot of rust around the window. Part of bathroom window is sealed with some scotch tape. The bidet can not be used because it smells horribly and makes you think that what comes from there isn’t in fact water. The water was not warm, it was either too cold or too hot. We almost burned ourselves. Poor communication with the host. The Wi-Fi details were given wrong. Long waiting response. We signaled the issues to the host and told them we wanted to spend only 1 night instead of 3 because of all the issues. They asked for pictures and then ignored our message/request and never answered since then. I guess this is their way of treating guests. It felt like we got tricked into paying for this place without being notified of the issues or be refunded for anything that didn't match the description. The host did not even try to solve anything from the issues mentioned, they just ignored our messages.

Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, der Schluch war defekt;selbst nach 2maliger Information der zuständigen Personen wurde der Defekt nicht behoben. Klospülung funktiniert nur bedingt

Mimo łazienki i trochę braków zaopatrzenia kuchennego bardzo dobrze się mieszkało
Ładne mieszkanie na zamkniętym osiedlu, czyste i przestronne, duża szafa i duże wygodne łóżko z obu stron kontakty, 10min na piechotę do metra i minutę do sklepu gdzie można znaleźć prawie wszystko
łazienkę przydałoby się odnowić na ścianie wysoko grzyb bardzo mały prysznic, tylko sztućce stołowe, jak ktoś sam by gotował to nie ma nic do mieszania żadnych szczypiec chochli itp.

La struttura è pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della zona. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, che si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Comunicazione chiara, veloce e professionale. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica e senza pensieri. Torneremo sicuramente!
