The location was safe
The apartment was dated. The bathroom door did not close properly. The heating was stifling and the checkout at 10am was too early

Discusting , awaful , boring and dirty place

The bed was broken , the sheets were dirty , the blanket was super dirty and without sheet. I got skin allergy and rashes after using the blankets . No elevator

I have rented many properties from Booking.com. Booking.com customer service is incredibly indiffere
The property that Booking.com offered was not as advertised:
The sheets for the double bed were used and dirty. They smelled of sweat. There were hairs on them. Photos are available.
There were no sheets for the single bed.
The shower tray was dirty. Photos are available.
There is a tea/coffee maker in the photos, but there was none in the property.
There was no kettle.
We were called to an office about 10 km away from the property where we were staying. They collected the 25 euro payment at this address. They handed over the digital key there.
There was no one in the office, we waited, the person in question had closed the shutters of his shop halfway. He had forgotten his phone inside, there are photos and videos.
We lost an incredible amount of trouble, cost and time to get the key from the accommodation to the office and back. We got the key from an address 10 km away from the accommodation in a country we did not know. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Ho prenotato per i miei genitori. Premetto che non era questa la casa perché c'è stato un problema ma l'host mi ha subito trovato un'altra soluzione nelle vicinanze.
La struttura molto bella, tranquilla, posizione eccellente. I letti erano comodi e la casa offre tutte le comodità per un soggiorno perfetto.
Prendere 50 euro di pulizie e poi trovare casa piena di ragnatele non è il massimo, ho spazzato il pavimento appena arrivato perché era sporco. Anche in bagno ho trovato dei peli ,sembrava che ci fosse stato qualcuno prima di me e non fosse stato proprio pulito. Mi spiace perché la casa è davvero molto bella. Nonostante ciò penso che tornerò per la comodità della zona.

Appartamento da incubo
Assolutamente niente
Ci hanno fatto entrare nell’ appartamento un ora e mezzo dopo il check in concordato con enormi difficoltà, chiamavo la struttura e nessuno rispondeva. Una volta dentro abbiamo visto che l’appartamento non era mai stato pulito ed in una condizione igienico sanitaria da incubo non c’erano neanche le lenzuola sul letto. Bottigliette d’acqua aperte ovunque. Ho chiesto di essere spostata in struttura idonea e niente hanno mandato una ragazza a pulire con noi dentro che dovevamo uscire quindi ha pulito per modo di dire rischiando di farci perdere l’appuntamento che avevamo. Non ci hanno dato un posto idoneo per passare la notte siamo state costrette a rimanere in quanto arrivando dalla Sardegna non sapevamo come fare ho chiesto il rimborso immediato e ancora sto aspettando se non verrà a breve sarò costretta a portare tutto da un legale e chiedere anche il risarcimento morale perché non è giusto che qualcun altro passi ciò che abbiamo passato noi .

Ottima posizione ma l’interno davvero deludente!
La posizione ottima e ben collegata, zona residenziale tranquilla, molto verde intorno
Le foto non rispecchiavano la realtà: pulizia sommaria, elettrodomestici datati, materasso scomodo, una delle tapparelle strideva ed era difficile da aprire,parquet rigato e strane macchie sui muri;
pulizia del bagno pessima: muri con muffa, doccino mal funzionante e difficile da utilizzare , phon con una parte sciolta.. per non parlare della vasca sporca e molto datata! Prezzo davvero esagerato per le condizioni dell’appartamento!!!! Ci siamo sentiti fregati!

Волосся по всій ванній підлозі, духова піч не працювала, відламана поличка, брудне простирадло (ЩЕ Й З ЖУКОМ), ручка змиву постійно відпадала, забита раковина у ванній кімнаті. А ще не зрозуміло, навіщо проходити фізичний чек-ін в офісі, який знаходиться за годину від самих апартаментів. Для людей, які подорожують не на машині, буде максимально не зручно спочатку знайти офіс, а потім їхати до квартири на міському транспорті, та ще й з багажем.

GUARDATE BENE LE RECENSIONI PRIMA DI PRENOTARE
La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima, vicina allo stadio ed alla metro.
Il phon nel bagno funziona, unica cosa nuova nell'appartamento apparentemente.
Letto sufficentemente comodo, ma con materasso leggermente sottile.
Da dove iniziare, la premessa dell'appartamento era ottima, ciò che abbiamo trovato decisamente meno, si prometteva una cucina funzionante, peccato che i fornelli a gas chissà quanto datati erano sprovvisti di accendifuoco oltre che incredibilmente intensi, anche quelli più piccoli, il forno ancora più datato non funzionava in alcun modo, l'assistenza non è stata molto presente a riguardo, da precisare che sia cucina, sia forno, non erano stati puliti (cosa a cui ho provveduto, almeno per i fornelli, dovendoli utilizzare), appartamento molto stretto, ma questo non sarebbe stato un problema se le porte fossero state montate in maniera intelligente e non che per aprirne una si dovessero chiudere tutte le altre. Non c'era un vetro che fosse pulito, c'era muffa nelle pareti del bagno, la tenda della vasca completamente inefficace visto il getto troppo potente del microfono, oltretutto con un reggigetto di dimensione errata che causava spesso la caduta del microfono creando una piscina involontaria nel bagno, ma ci sarebbe un elenco infinito di cose da dire, sportelli che si smontano al minimo tocco, ceramiche e argenterie miste, quasi come se fossero oggetti smarriti dwi vecchi host, uniche cose nuove, 2 spugne da cucina, che sono tornate molto utili avendo dovuto scrostare tutto ciò che era stato lasciato accumulare dal tempo.
Non mi dilungo, aggiungo solo che va bene risparmiare ed essere economici, ma questo non deve essere sinonimo di disattenzione e completo menefreghismo verso quelle che sono le pulizie dell'appartamento, per qualche € di più si può trovare di molto meglio
Un vero peccato, perché come ho detto all'inizio le premesse sembravano tutt'altro che negative.

Soggiorno in periferia di Milano (ottimo collegamento con centro città)
Mi è piaciuto il wifi ultra veloce , i riscaldamenti che una volta partiti erano molto buoni e il condizionatore con pompa di calore e le padelle antiaderenti e l'armadio spazioso.
Il bagno , l'arredo , la lentezza nel risolvere il problema del riscaldamento e del bagno , l'odore strano che emanava la casa ed il prezzo un po troppo alto.

L’emplacement géographique
La literie dégeulasse, tâchée et nauséabonde. Juste envie de vomir quand on voit l’état du matelas. L’odeur nauséabonde et écoeurante de la couette. Les ressorts du matelas sont cassés et ont blaissé ma fille. Le manque d’équipement dans la cuisine. La cuisine est grasse et très vétuste. Nous ne l’avons pas du tout utilisée, trop gras. La moisissure dans la salle de bain. Le manque d’éclairage dans la salle de bain. L’étagère cassée au-dessus du lit. Le canapé dépliant de la photo de l’annonce a disparu, pour y mettre un lit en plein dans la cuisine. Le bruit violent des volets roulants. Lavabo de la salle de bain bouché… et ne parlons pas du prix qui est juste démeusuré pour ce type de « logement ».
Si vous décidez de profiter du quartier avant votre arrivée et que vous faites donc votre première entrée dans le logement après 21h, vous devez payer 50€ de supplément. Une aberration. Pas de parking stationnement dans un quartier où il y est interdit de stationner si vous n’êtes pas résident… bref, Booking, comment pouvez-vous tolérer ce genre de prestation sur votre site ???

Dauer von 5,5 Stunden länger ist es nicht auszuhalten gewesen. Draußen war es wärmer als drinnen.
Leider gibt es nichts positives zu berichten.
Wohnung ist kalt gewesen. Heizung ließ sich nicht anschalten. Vermieter absolut unkooperativ. Kaltes Wasser im Badezimmer. Dreck in allen Ecken. Ich kann Booking nur raten diesen Anbieter zu entfernen.
